Because reviews on Airbnb and VRBO are a bit different than your typical review system because it tremendously impacts our business, the placement of our properties in search results, as well as the livelihood of our family and our teams' families, we'd like to offer the following guide to you as you're deciding to rate our property and your stay:

Five Stars: We aimed to make you happy at every opportunity. Nobody is perfect, but we sure worked hard to correct any imperfections and you'd be happy to stay with us again.
Four Stars: We may have missed the mark, but it certainly wasn't intentional. You would not stay with us again.
Three Stars of Less: We hope you wouldn't consider leaving us this review without giving us an opportunity to make it right, but three stars or less is for a truly abysmal, and seemingly maliciously poor experience-- something we would NEVER offer to our guests.
Four Stars: We may have missed the mark, but it certainly wasn't intentional. You would not stay with us again.
Three Stars of Less: We hope you wouldn't consider leaving us this review without giving us an opportunity to make it right, but three stars or less is for a truly abysmal, and seemingly maliciously poor experience-- something we would NEVER offer to our guests.

Prior to leaving please remember:
*Please ensure all dishes are either clean and put away, or in the middle of a dishwasher cycle.
*Bag all garbage and place in the brown bins (or dumpster) outside.
*Leave the house as close to how you found it as possible. We know you've paid a cleaning fee, so don't expect you to "clean" excessively, but just ask that you leave the home as you would one of your family members.
*Make sure you turn off the stove, heater and lights.
*Make sure you lock the doors.
*Leave used beds unmade.
*Leave used towels in the tub.
*Replace any furniture that was rearranged.
*Set thermostats between 60-63 during the WINTER months.
*Set thermostats between 72-75 during the SUMMER months.
If your home was outfitted with a garage door remote, please leave it on the kitchen counter upon your departure. There is a $100 fee for lost remotes and will be charged through your booking platform.
We really appreciate you leaving our space as clean and beautiful as you found it, as it helps our cleaning crews get new guests in and ensure they have a great experience!
Also, please, please remember how much your review impacts us! Anything less than an "overall" 5 star review on Airbnb negatively impacts our listing (Crazy, I know, but true!). We want our guests to be happy, so please let US know directly about anything we could have done to have made your trip better, and please let the WORLD know if you had an amazing time by sharing a great review!
